Martin G. Schellhous is listed twice in Le Roy Barnett's roster, once spelled Schellhaus and once spelled Schellhouse. Both entries list the same data: A private in Powers' company, service dates 21-May through 6-Jun-1832.

The name on his gravestone in the Colon cemetery is spelled Schellhous, so we'll go with that as the canonical spelling.
