Frederick Garver is listed in Michigan's Early Military Forces (2003) (page 185) as a private in Silsbe's Company. His service dates were 29-May through 27-Jun-1832.
The Cass County (Michigan) histories have information about a Frederick Garver who fits this description. However, the Frederick Garver in these histories is probably not the man who served in the militia. He had a son, also named Frederick, who is probably the person who served.
